I strengthen leaders of businesses
with annual revenue of $0.5M – $10M
by renewing their vision and strategy and developing the management system and the team
I share part of the journey and the responsibility for the results (see Portfolio).
An agreed development plan for 2+ months — the outcome of an audit of the business, the team and the founder's role in it. A focus on what matters most, for a fast first result. If the interest is mutual, I am ready to lead the plan's implementation.
Higher profitability through developing the culture, the management system and the team.
A renewed long-term direction for the business, set out as a Vision and a Strategy. I lead their preparation using internationally recognised methodologies.
Better control over the business through metrics, reports and other data-driven tools — exactly where they are needed and will add value.
Confidence, calm and more energy for the business's leaders. As a part-time executive I add my competencies and bring clarity and a fresh view of the business and the situation.
20,000+ hours of experience across 3 roles:
Entrepreneur and managing leader in a small business (up to $1M in annual revenue)
Running my own business taught me to feel responsible for a project as an owner does. My decisions have been lived through at personal risk.
Executive and board member in a large business (responsible for revenue and expense budgets of up to $0.6–1.2M a month and a team of 200+ people)
Experience of managing large systems and leading the preparation of strategy sessions, with feedback from founders of multi-billion-ruble companies and investment funds. A high standard of quality and a structure for looking ahead.
Consultant to entrepreneurs in small businesses (up to $6M in annual revenue)
A trained eye for typical bottlenecks and transitions: having seen hundreds of trajectories, I recognise the patterns in your business faster.
I believe that leaders change the world for the better — for all of us.
My work is about leaders with shared values and different competencies making each other stronger.
I choose businesses that, in my view, “deserve to be more visible in the world”, and leaders worth strengthening, so that “there are more of them”.
- with leaders who are passionate about their business and their own growth, running businesses with annual revenue of $0.5M to $10M
- with projects I feel a genuine interest in, where I clearly see how my strengths can contribute
- within values and meaning close to my own
- commercial projects with no idea behind them (a mission, values) and no interest in exploring one
- work that is not part of my calling (when I feel no genuine interest)
- specialised marketing and sales work (I work through analytics and dialogue; in-depth development of these areas I leave to specialists)
Audit. I explore your vision and your business in a live conversation and give you a 2-month development plan.
If your business fits my profile, I will invite you to a free audit. Otherwise, I will recommend another specialist.

Monthly consulting
One meeting a week on an agreed agenda: we review results and priorities and set new tasks for the following week. We work towards the results agreed after the audit. Paid every four weeks. You can stop at the end of any paid cycle.
Project work to an agreed plan, through to the result
We solve specific problems, with specialists involved on both sides.
For example:
• a management and financial audit of the business
• reorganising the organisational structure
• leading the preparation and facilitation of a strategy session
Terms of project work
Payment in stages, with no large sums up front: stage → mutual satisfaction with the result → next stage.
Part of the payment comes after the result is achieved.
We can discuss a project after the audit.
After successful work together in short formats, I consider long-term partnerships
Why you will be delighted to work with me
An executive-level standard. High standards for myself, with a focus on how effective the collaboration is for the client. I only sell what I would buy myself — and would be ready to sell to the CEO of a large business.
A responsible team player. Big results are created together. Everyone has their own share of responsibility, yet everyone answers for the shared result. I always start by holding myself to account.
My values and competencies have been put to the test. Over 12 years in my own businesses and in executive roles, with regular assessments by an HR consultant from McKinsey.
I can minimise conflicts of interest and stay honest when the stakes are high. Trust over a long journey comes first.
I work with no more than 4 businesses at a time. Engagements last over 6 months on average, paid every four weeks. Quality over quantity: no more than 1 main project and up to 3 additional ones. I am only interested in projects with long-term potential. If our visions align, a lasting and productive collaboration is almost guaranteed.
All of this is a set of commitments you can check: code of ethics, version 0.95 →
For more than ten years I have been inspired by the idea of the “great company” from Jim Collins's Good to Great. Many see it as a picture of a big corporation in the future. In the idea of a “great company” I see:
- uncompromising faithfulness to myself today, and the ability to be part of something bigger;
- honesty with myself about where I am, and what, how and why I do;
- the courage to take risks to bring to life what expresses my values and calling;
- the ability to create something unique that would not exist in this world without me;
- being a living and remarkable embodiment of what I share and invite others to.
A “great company” has to exist, first of all, within us. We make it real by making worthy decisions. Every time — only today.
