Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box under the form and sending it, I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual entrepreneur Viktor Sergeevich Wright (ИП Райт Виктор Сергеевич, INN 860237222127, OGRNIP 314860222300044, Geologicheskaya st. 15/1, Surgut, 628408, Russian Federation) on the terms below.

1. What data. My name; the contact channel I choose and the contact itself; my role in the project; a description of the project or niche; revenue figures, if I give them; and the text of my request.

2. What for. To receive and read my request, reply to me through the channel I chose, discuss possible work, and — if we agree — to enter into and perform a contract.

3. What is done with it. Collection, recording, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer as described below, blocking, deletion — by automated means and otherwise.

4. Where it is stored: the Russian Federation. I understand that the site itself runs on a server in Finland, that this server stores none of my personal data, and that my request is sent directly to a system located in Russia. I understand that the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision for Russia, that the level of protection there is not recognised as equivalent to the EU standard, and that I am consenting to this transfer with that in mind.

5. Notifications. I consent to a limited pseudonymous set — first name without surname, an internal record number and a link to the record — being sent to the messenger and task planner used for the operator's working notifications, whose servers may be outside Russia. My contact details, project and revenue figures and the text of my request are not sent there.

6. How long. This consent is effective from the moment I send the form until the purposes are met or until I withdraw it, and in any case my request is deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange, unless a contract between us requires otherwise.

7. Withdrawal. I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. My data is then deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. I confirm that I have read the Privacy Notice and accept it.
